Description
For sale is a vintage Daum Crystal Labrador Puppy with a Ball. It is 3.5” long and 2.5” tall. Daum Crystal is based in Nancy France, and was founded in 1878. They are known for the art of pate-de-verre, a technique in which crushed glass is packed into a refractory mold and then fused in a kiln. Daum is also known for its complex color transitions and dense matte stone-like appearance. This labrador puppy figurine is yellow that transitions to purple. The bottom has an etched signature, Daum France, and it glows under UV light (as shown in the pictures). It is a stunning piece and it is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The figurine will come in the original box. The box shows signs of wear, but the figurine is in mint condition.
