(AKA T-Bolts) Fix De-laminated Decks, Securely Mount Rails, Tails or Nose-guards. These are made of STEEL! So they are strong like King Pins, Axles and mounting bolts. I recommend using a 5/32 drill bit to drill the 1st hole (do not enlarge the mounting hole) Step 1 DRILL 1st hole 5/32 through the tail or rail, or you can use a nail to mark the deck. Drill with the Highest speed of the drill. use one of the supplied screws to fasten the Rail or Tail in place (after you drill the 1st 5/32 hole) fasten the screw in each hole to hold the rail in place while you bend the rail to the shape of the deck. (Bones Rails have 5 holes) After drilling the 1st holes with the 5/32 drill bit, remove the srews from the Rail or Tail Steps 2 & 3 (Skip step one for Nose Bones as the hole is a 3/16th) Drill the second holes with a 3/16th drill bit, drill with light pressure so you don't split the wood Drill the Final hole with a 7/32 bit (od diameter of the Sex Bolts) again don't push the drill go slow. Install the Sex Bolts through the top of the deck, run the screws through the Rail or tail into the Sex Bolt. *For nose-guards (use a #10 flatwasher with a truss head screw (not a flathead) for all noseguards. Tighten the screws and your done installing. If you have any concern about the screws loosening use a non permanent blue loctite 242 on the screws.
